Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Valhalla Barber Platform (the "Service"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Valhalla Barber is a SaaS platform that helps barbershops manage appointments, clients, services, finance, and customer messaging through WhatsApp. The Service is offered under the subscription plans Guerreiro, Jarl, and Rei (see Plans).

2. Account & eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to contract
  • You must provide accurate, complete information when registering
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential
  • You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access

3. Subscription & billing

  • Plans renew automatically until canceled by you
  • Payments are processed by Mercado Pago (Pix, boleto, credit card)
  • Failed renewals trigger a 7-day grace period before access is suspended (see Cancellation Policy)
  • You may cancel anytime in Dashboard → Settings → Subscription

4. Acceptable use of the WhatsApp Business integration

When you connect your WhatsApp Business Account through our Embedded Signup, you agree to comply with:

In particular you MUST:

  • Send messages only to clients who have opted in to receive them
  • Honor opt-out requests immediately
  • Not send spam, deceptive content, or unsolicited promotions
  • Not use the integration for illegal goods or services

Violations may result in suspension of the integration and/or your account, without prejudice to enforcement action by Meta.

5. Customer data & privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of your data at any time via the Data Deletion page.

6. Intellectual property

The Platform, brand, code, and content are owned by Valhalla Barber. You retain ownership of data you upload (client lists, services, images). You grant us a limited license to host and display that data only as needed to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by Brazilian law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit aggregate liability to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, the WhatsApp policies, or applicable law. You may close your account at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The forum of Almeirim/PA is elected to resolve any disputes, with waiver of any other however privileged.
