Data Deletion Instructions

Valhalla Barber is committed to your privacy. This page describes how you can request the deletion of all personal data we hold about you, including data obtained from Meta Platforms (Facebook Login, WhatsApp Business Account integration).

What data is deleted on request

  • Account profile (name, email, phone, address)
  • Barbershop data (settings, services, schedules, business hours)
  • Client records and appointment history created by you
  • Meta / WhatsApp Business credentials: WhatsApp Business Account ID (whatsapp_business_management), Phone Number ID, business token (business_management)
  • Message templates synchronized with Meta
  • Conversation history with the AI agent
  • Uploaded images and media
  • Push notification tokens

Option 1 — Disconnect Meta / WhatsApp only (in-app, instant)

If you only want to revoke our access to your Meta data without deleting the entire account, sign in and go to Dashboard → Settings → Integrations → WhatsApp → Disconnect. This action immediately:

  • Removes the WhatsApp Business Account ID from our database
  • Deletes the long-lived business access token
  • Removes the Phone Number ID and display phone
  • Unsubscribes our app from your WABA webhooks

You should also revoke the app on Facebook: Facebook Settings → Business Integrations → Valhalla Barber → Remove.

Option 2 — Full account & data deletion (manual request)

To request complete deletion of all personal data, send us a request:

  • Email: privacy@valhallabarber.com.br
  • Subject line: Data Deletion Request
  • Include: the email address associated with your Valhalla Barber account, and (if applicable) the Facebook user ID or WhatsApp Business Account ID you want disconnected.

We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days, in accordance with the Brazilian LGPD (Law 13.709/2018) and applicable international standards.

Tax-record retention notice

Brazilian tax law (Decreto 9.580/2018) requires us to retain billing records for 5 years. After deletion, only anonymized invoice metadata (no personal identifiers) is kept for that period. Everything else is permanently erased from our production database, backups, and third-party processors.

O que e excluido quando voce solicita

  • Perfil da conta (nome, email, telefone, endereco)
  • Dados da barbearia (configuracoes, servicos, agendas, horarios)
  • Cadastro de clientes e historico de agendamentos
  • Credenciais Meta / WhatsApp: ID da conta WhatsApp Business (permissao whatsapp_business_management), Phone Number ID, token de acesso (business_management)
  • Templates de mensagem sincronizados com a Meta
  • Historico de conversas com o agente IA
  • Imagens e midia enviadas
  • Tokens de notificacao push

Opcao 1 — Desconectar Meta / WhatsApp (no app, instantaneo)

Se voce so quer revogar nosso acesso aos dados da Meta sem excluir a conta inteira, entre no app e va em Dashboard → Configuracoes → Integracoes → WhatsApp → Desconectar. Essa acao remove imediatamente: WABA ID, access token, Phone Number ID e cancela a inscricao do nosso app nos webhooks da sua conta.

Voce tambem deve revogar o app no Facebook: Configuracoes do Facebook → Integracoes de Negocios → Valhalla Barber → Remover.

Opcao 2 — Exclusao completa da conta e dos dados

Para solicitar a exclusao total, envie um email:

  • Email: privacy@valhallabarber.com.br
  • Assunto: Solicitacao de Exclusao de Dados
  • Inclua: o email da sua conta Valhalla Barber e (se aplicavel) o ID do usuario Facebook ou ID da conta WhatsApp Business que deseja desconectar.

Confirmaremos o recebimento em 48 horas e concluiremos a exclusao em ate 30 dias, conforme a LGPD (Lei 13.709/2018).

Aviso sobre retencao fiscal

A legislacao tributaria brasileira (Decreto 9.580/2018) exige retencao de registros de faturamento por 5 anos. Apos a exclusao, apenas metadados anonimizados de faturas (sem identificadores pessoais) sao mantidos por esse periodo. Todo o restante e apagado permanentemente do banco de dados, backups e processadores terceiros.
